 Vicki L. Hahn
is the Director, Human Resources/Ethics and Diversity Officer for
United Way. She has been employed for 24 years in the H.R.
Department. Within her scope of responsibilities are employment
practices; benefit administration; compensation; staff development; and
employee relations. Part of the benefit administration involves
benefit group alliances that include several area not for
profits. Prior to employment with United Way, Vicki was employed
by the Tait Manufacturing Company for 18 years as an assistant in
Industrial Relations.
Recently, Vicki served on the Emerging
Markets group and as a convener on the Inclusion Council with United
Way Worldwide. She also serves on boards for local
not-for-profits and is involved in community activities and local
events and fundraisers for animal welfare groups.
Vicki is a
native Daytonian, graduating from Colonel White High School. She
has a B.A. in Human Resource Management from Antioch McGregor in Yellow
Springs, Ohio.
In her spare time, she is a musician (vocals
and guitar) and is involved in raising and training her 4 dogs.
She has three grown children and four grandchildren.
