Information, including but not limited to name, address, phone number and email address, collected from donors and companies by the United Way of the Greater Dayton Area will not be sold or distributed to any organization outside the United Way system without express written consent.

The United Way of Greater Dayton Area may, from time-to-time, publish names and gift levels as a way of publicly thanking its donors.  Corporate gifts will be omitted from such lists if the Chief Executive Officer, or equivalent, requests that the gift be anonymous.   Individuals will not be so listed without their express consent.

Upon provision of a street address or email address, you will receive periodic mail and/or email from the United Way of Greater Dayton Area unless you request no such mailings.   To request that you be removed from mail and/or email lists you may either; write: Marketing Mailing Preferences, United Way of Greater Dayton Area, 184 Salem Avenue, Dayton, OH 45406; or check the opt out box on any online form on our web sites.

Personal information about donors who designate their United Way gift to an Outcome or System partner will be sent to the agency receiving the donation. This privacy statement does not bind outcome and/or system partners.   The United Way of Greater Dayton Area cannot guarantee the privacy of donors who choose to so designate their gifts.
